The 2019 General Appropriations Act directed OPPAGA to contract with an independent consultant to study the Clerks of Courts provision of court-related activities. To complete this study, OPPAGA contracted with MGT Consulting Group, a national consulting firm. As directed, the study provides information gathered from in-person observations of a random sample of clerks' offices employees and an assessment of options to increase efficiencies.
