  • The Department of Environmental Protection has taken steps to implement our recommendations to increase state agency recycling and encourage recycling in the commercial sector.
  • The 2002 Legislature replaced the Recycling and Education Grant Program with three grant programs that provide funding for local solid waste activities, including recycling.
