Annotated List of Legislative Recommendations. Yearly, OPPAGA produces an annotated list of recommendations and a summary of recommendations with fiscal impact.
- 2011 Annotated List of Legislative Recommendations - Included in an appendix are those recommendations for legislative consideration that would produce savings or other positive fiscal impacts.
Privatization. Reports that address privatization as a major focus of the study, or that suggest privatization as a policy option.

- White Paper. OPPAGA presents a brief paper assessing privatization in state agency programs.
Sunset Reviews. OPPAGA reports that assessed state programs to support the Sunset Review process, which was established by the 2006 Government Accountability Act and eliminated from statute in 2011.
Performance-Based Program Budgeting (PB²). OPPAGA reports that assessed state programs operating under PB² and the status of PB² in Florida.
OPPAGA assisted the National Legislative Program Evaluation Society (NLPES) in compiling a snapshot of how program policy evaluation is serving state legislatures. Please see the report summary, published in July 2008.
